I help breweries, wineries, and tasting rooms around Langley handle bookings and the paperwork around them. A typical build: a booking bot for tours and events, automatic confirmation and reminder emails, and a Zapier flow that drops every reservation into your sheet and your POS. I came out of hospitality, so I care that it still feels warm to the customer. I work in both English and French, which helps with some of the tourism traffic. Quick to set up and easy to hand off to your staff.
