I set up dashboards for retailers, breweries, and trades owners who are flying blind on their numbers. We pull sales, costs, and customer data into one place so you can see what's actually making money instead of guessing at month-end. I work with whatever you've got — Shopify, your POS, spreadsheets — and build something you'll actually open. Did this for a Walnut Grove garden centre and we found a whole product line that was quietly losing them money. I keep it plain: a few numbers that matter, updated automatically, not a wall of charts.
