I set up RAG knowledge bases for import/export and logistics firms around the Miami River and Doral warehouses, where product specs, customs docs, and supplier contracts are scattered across email and shared drives. Ingest everything into a Supabase vector store, wire it to Claude, and staff can ask a plain question instead of digging through folders. I test accuracy hard before letting a team rely on it, since a wrong customs detail is expensive. Comfortable running the whole project in español if that is easier for the owner.
