I build small autonomous agents for hospitality operators, mostly boutique hotels and short-term rental managers around South Beach. A typical build reads incoming guest messages across email and WhatsApp, drafts a reply, updates the booking system, and flags anything unusual for a human. I use Claude for the agent logic and n8n to wire it into existing tools rather than replacing them. Most owners here manage properties in two languages, so the agent is built to respond in whichever the guest used first.
