The bot answers the routine stuff, order status, customs delays, sizing, and only escalates real problems, so a small team is not buried in repeat questions. I lean on existing tools where possible, an OpenAI layer on top of your help desk rather than a full rebuild. Comfortable supporting customers who write in Español, which is most of the volume for a few of my clients.
