I build website chatbots grounded in your actual policies so they stop guessing at answers. Most of my clients are e-commerce shops and a couple of tourism operators around Old Montreal who get the same shipping, returns, and hours questions daily. Stack is OpenAI plus a small vector store, deployed on Shopify or a custom site, with a clean handoff to a human when the bot is unsure. I ship the French and English versions together from the start rather than bolting one on later. First month of tuning is included.
