I clean up reporting for construction and engineering firms that live in spreadsheets. The usual ask: someone spends a day each week pulling numbers from job-costing, payroll and accounting into one report for the partners. I automate that pull with n8n and Google Sheets, then put a simple live dashboard on top so the answer is always current. I'm not flashy about it, I just remove the manual steps that cause errors. A lot of my clients run job sites across the North Shore and want numbers they can trust on a Monday morning. Remote, occasional on-site in Lynn Valley.
