I build internal knowledge tools and quiet automations for wellness studios, clinics and small firms. Many of my clients are Japanese-speaking owners on the North Shore who want their intake notes, policies and FAQs searchable in both English and 日本語. I set up a RAG search over their own documents using OpenAI and Supabase, and automate the boring parts like rebooking emails and monthly summaries.
