I add chatbots to websites for North Shore clinics, salons and outdoor-tour operators. The goal is simple: answer the questions people ask at 9pm and let them book without phoning. I build the bot on your real content so it doesn't make things up, connect it to your calendar, and hand off to a human when it's out of its depth. Most go live in a week or two. I work with a lot of health and wellness businesses around Lonsdale who want something warm, not robotic. Remote, with screen-share setup sessions.
