I build phone-answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics that miss calls during the dinner or lunch rush. Using Twilio with OpenAI, the bot answers in English or 日本語, takes a reservation or reschedule, and texts a confirmation so nobody is left guessing. I built one for a ramen shop near Capitol Hill that was losing weekend bookings to voicemail. I test with real accents and background noise before launch, since a bot that mishears an order is worse than no bot. Currently booked a couple weeks out.
