Autonomous agents for Series A and B teams, mostly around Palo Alto and Mountain View. A common build is a support-triage agent that reads the ticket, checks your docs and past resolutions, and either answers directly or routes it with a summary attached. I keep agents narrow and instrumented rather than one giant do-everything bot, because a scoped agent is one you can debug at 2am. Stack is usually Claude or OpenAI with n8n handling orchestration. I have shipped a handful of these into production, not just demos.
