I build website chatbots that ground every answer in your actual docs and policies, so it stops improvising and hands off to a human the moment it is unsure. Most of my clients are e-commerce shops and retail brands around San Jose fielding the same shipping and returns questions all day, every day. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a small vector store, embedded directly on Shopify or a custom storefront.
