I build dashboards for retail and wholesale businesses that have years of sales data sitting in spreadsheets and no clear picture of it. I pull it into one place, clean it up, and give you a dashboard that shows what's actually selling, which suppliers are slow, and where margin is leaking. A lot of my clients run import and distribution out of Newton and Port Kells. I also automate the weekly and monthly reports so they build themselves. I'll do a small sample first so you can see the value before committing.
