I work with auto dealers, repair shops, and tire places in Surrey on the after-sale side — service reminders, review requests, rebooking. The follow-up agent texts the customer when their next service is due and books it, and it asks happy customers for a Google review automatically. I build it on Make with Twilio and tie it into your shop software. Most of my clients are independent shops along Fraser Highway and Newton who can't justify a big software contract. I keep the running cost small and set it up so it pays for itself in a couple of months.
