I set up AI phone answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics around Little Italy that miss calls during the dinner or lunch rush. Built on Twilio with OpenAI underneath, the bot answers, handles reservation or reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after. I built one for a Little Italy trattoria that was losing weekend bookings whenever the host stand got slammed. I test hard with real accents and background noise before anything goes live, since a phone bot that mishears the caller is worse than no bot at all.
