I work on e-commerce and POS modernization for premium retail and hospitality in West Van. A lot of my clients have a beautiful storefront but a clunky old system behind it — I bring those up to date, usually on Shopify with custom integrations, and add AI ordering where it makes sense. For a Dundarave specialty grocer I rebuilt the online store and connected it to their in-store POS so stock stays accurate. I don't rip out what works; I upgrade around it. Pricing is a custom quote since legacy upgrades are never quite the same twice.
