Multilingual phone bot for our Duluth restaurant

Project Description

We are in Duluth and a large share of our calls come from Korean-speaking customers during the dinner rush, which our front desk cannot always keep up with. We want a phone bot that answers in English or 한국어, takes reservations, and texts a confirmation, handing off anything unusual to staff. Twilio and OpenAI or Claude are both fine. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we put it live.
