RAG knowledge base for our import business

Project Description

Import company based in Markham with years of product specs, supplier contracts, and compliance docs spread across PDFs and shared drives. Our staff waste real time hunting for answers that already exist somewhere. We want an internal search tool grounded only in our own documents, answering reliably in both English and 中文. Accuracy matters more than speed here, we need to trust it before staff lean on it with customers. Pinecone or Supabase both fine. On-site kickoff in Markham preferred.
