Small direct-to-consumer brand on Shopify, started here in Austin. We field the same questions all day about shipping, returns, and sizing and it is eating up our one support person's time. Want a chatbot grounded in our actual policies so it does not make things up, with a clean handoff to email when it is unsure. Should match our existing site styling.
