Small DTC brand shipping out of a warehouse in Irving. We get the same handful of questions all day about shipping times, returns, and sizing, and it's wearing our one support person out. We want a chatbot grounded in our actual policies so it doesn't invent answers, with a clean handoff to email when it's unsure. Should match our site's look.
