Need an n8n setup to handle our supplier invoices

Project Description

We are a small import business near Lougheed and we get dozens of supplier invoices by email every week. Right now two staff re-type them into Sheets and QuickBooks, and we make mistakes. We want someone to set up n8n or Zapier so invoices are read automatically and land in our spreadsheet, with a flag when a price changed. Bonus if you speak 中文, since some invoices arrive in Chinese. Please tell us roughly how long this takes and what you would need from us.
