Need n8n automation for our import/export invoicing

Project Description

We import packaged food and our team retypes every supplier invoice into spreadsheets by hand. We'd like an n8n or Make setup that reads the invoice emails, pulls the numbers, and updates our Google Sheets, then sends a weekly summary. Invoices come in both 中文 and English, so the reader has to handle both. Our office is near Aberdeen and we can meet on-site for setup. Looking for someone who'll start with one workflow and prove it before scaling.
