Need invoicing and payment-reminder automation for our plumbing shop

Project Description

We're a small plumbing outfit in Newton, six guys plus the office. Right now invoices go out late and we chase overdue payments by phone. We use QuickBooks. Looking for someone to set up automatic invoicing after a job closes and text reminders for anything overdue. Should be cheap to run and simple enough that our office manager can handle it once it's built. Prefer someone local who can come by once to set it up. Punjabi a plus.
