Help automating our weekly sales reports

Project Description

I own three small retail spots around Metrotown and every Sunday I spend hours pulling sales from our POS into a spreadsheet to compare locations. I want this automated so a clean weekly report just appears, ideally with a simple chart of which store and which products are doing best. I am open to Google Sheets or a small dashboard. I speak 中文 and English. Please share an example of a report or dashboard you have built before so I know what to expect.
