Project Description

Our staff waste time hunting through product sheets, COAs, and supplier emails for answers. We want a searchable system they can ask in plain language, in 中文 or English, that pulls from our real documents and shows the source. We sell packaged supplements and accuracy matters, so it can't invent claims. Documents are a mix of PDFs and spreadsheets, some a bit messy. Tell us how you'd handle the bilingual side and keep it updated as new products come in.
