Looking for a sales follow-up agent for our roofing leads

We get decent leads from our website and Google but we're slow to call back and we lose jobs to whoever answers first. Want something that texts a new lead right away, books the estimate, and follows up if they go quiet. We use a basic CRM and our phone numbers come through email. Keep it simple. If it works on roofing leads we'll want the same thing for our gutter side later. Need this up fast, it's costing us.
