We're a property management office with years of leases, policies and procedures spread across folders. New staff waste hours hunting for answers. We want an internal tool where someone can ask a plain question and get the answer with the source document cited. Accuracy matters more than speed here. Comfortable with a RAG setup using OpenAI or Claude. Please share an example where wrong answers were a real risk and how you tested for them before launch.
