Build an autonomous follow-up agent for our sales reps

Project Description

Manufacturing distributor based near Midway. Our reps close well on calls but let warm leads go cold because follow-up email gets deprioritized. We want an agent that watches the shared inbox, drafts context-aware replies, and books meetings, with a human approval step at first while we build trust in it. We use a standard CRM and would prefer something built on Claude or OpenAI. Keep it tightly scoped; we do not want anything emailing customers unsupervised.
