Build a bilingual follow-up agent for our real estate team

Project Description

Small real estate team in Brickell. We get a lot of inquiries from Zillow and referrals but replies are slow and inconsistent between agents. We want an agent that reads new leads, drafts a reply in whichever language the lead used, and books a showing on our calendar, with a human approval step for the first month. We use a standard CRM and are open to whichever LLM you recommend. Please share past examples.
