Build a follow-up agent so warm leads stop going cold

Project Description

Early-stage Seattle SaaS company. Our reps close well but are terrible at timely follow-up, so leads sit for a week and go quiet. Looking for an agent that reads the inbox, drafts a context-aware reply, and proposes meeting times, with a human approval step until we trust it fully. We use HubSpot and would prefer Claude or OpenAI under the hood. Keep it tightly scoped; we do not want anything emailing customers unsupervised yet.
