Modernize our old inventory and ordering system

Project Description

Wholesale distributor on Devon Avenue running a decade-old inventory and ordering system that nobody wants to touch anymore. We want it modernized in stages: a clean API around the existing data, an AI search layer so staff can ask questions in plain English instead of running reports, and integration with our newer accounting software. Nothing can go down during business hours. We would rather work with someone careful with legacy data than someone fast and reckless. On-site access available.
