Modernize our old rental and booking system

Project Description

We manage short-term rentals in South Beach on a booking system that is nearly ten years old and nobody wants to touch it. We want it modernized in stages: a clean API around the existing reservation data, an AI search layer so staff can ask questions in plain English, and integration with our newer channel manager. Nothing can break during peak season. Prefer someone careful with legacy data over someone fast.
