Sales follow-up system for our real estate team

Project Description

Our agents get leads from a few sources and follow up inconsistently, so some go cold. We want an automated drip that emails and texts new leads over a couple of weeks, logs replies to our CRM, and tells us which sources actually convert. We use HubSpot now but are open to switching if there's a simpler fit. Please describe how you'd handle leads that reply so a human takes over cleanly. Looking for someone we can keep on for tweaks.
