Project Description
We run a small fleet out of Port Kells, about fifteen trucks. Our dispatcher spends half her day matching invoices to rate confirmations, logging PODs, and building the weekly settlement report. We want to automate as much of that as makes sense. Most of our data lives in Google Sheets and email. Looking for someone who understands logistics and won't build something so complicated we can't fix it ourselves. Start with the worst pain point and go from there.
