Our agents lose leads because nobody replies quickly when enquiries come in after hours. We want an agent that sends a first reply, offers showing times, and follows up with quiet contacts a few days later. Many of our buyers prefer 中文, so it needs bilingual templates. We use HubSpot already and would want it tied in there. Looking for someone who can keep the tone close to how each agent writes. Start with one team, expand if it works.
