RAG assistant so our crews can look up specs in the field

HVAC and plumbing company in Tsawwassen. Our techs constantly call the office to ask about specs, part numbers and pricing. We want a searchable assistant they can use from their phones that pulls answers from our existing PDFs and price lists. We know our documents are a bit messy and may need cleanup first, that's fine, tell us. Looking for someone who's built RAG or knowledge-base systems before, not learning on our dime.
