Automate invoicing and project reports for a design studio

Project Description

Small interior design studio in West Vancouver. Our invoicing and client status updates are all manual and we keep falling behind. We use Airtable and QuickBooks. We'd like a finished milestone to trigger the invoice and a clean update email to the client automatically. Zapier or Make preferred so our office manager can tweak it. Bilingual EN/FR is a plus since some clients are French-speaking. Please document whatever you build so we aren't dependent on you forever.
