Modernize our old inventory and booking system

Project Description

Retail and rental shop in Cherry Creek running a decade-old system for inventory and equipment bookings that nobody wants to touch anymore. We want it modernized in stages: a clean API around the existing data, an AI search layer so staff can ask questions in plain English, and integration with our newer POS. Nothing can go down during business hours. We would rather hire someone careful with legacy data than someone fast and reckless. On-site access available.
