Set up a triage agent for incoming production emails

Project Description

Small production company in Culver City getting flooded with vendor pitches, crew availability emails, and location inquiries. We want an agent system that reads everything coming in, tags it by type, and only surfaces what actually needs a producer's attention, with the rest logged for reference. Claude or OpenAI both fine. We would rather see a narrow, reliable build than something that tries to do everything at once.
