Family restaurant in Pilsen missing calls every Friday and Saturday night because the one phone line is tied up. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English and Español, takes reservation requests, and texts a confirmation right after. It should hand off to a person for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents and kitchen background noise before we put it live.
