Need a booking bot for our clinic in Coral Gables

Our clinic misses calls constantly during morning hours and patients just hang up and call somewhere else. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English or Español depending on the caller, handles booking and reschedules, and texts a confirmation after. Should hand off to our front desk for anything complicated. Twilio and OpenAI are fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we go live.
