Autonomous follow-up agent for our sales pipeline

Project Description

Fintech startup near Quartier des Spectacles. Our reps close well on calls but warm leads go cold waiting on follow-up emails. We want an agent that monitors our inbox, drafts a context-aware reply in French or English depending on the lead, and proposes meeting times, with human approval at first. We use HubSpot and would prefer Claude or OpenAI under the hood. Needs to be explainable, not a black box.
