Multilingual phone bot for our trades office

Project Description

We're a renovation crew on the North Shore and we miss calls constantly while we're on site. We want an AI phone line that answers, gets the caller's name, address and what they need, then texts us a summary. Some of our clients prefer Spanish so it needs to handle both. We'd want to hear a demo of how the voice sounds before committing. Twilio or similar is fine. Reliability matters more than fancy features.
