Bilingual phone bot for our dental office

Project Description

Our Uptown clinic misses calls during treatment and after hours, and many patients prefer Tiếng Việt. We want a phone answering bot that can book or reschedule appointments, answer basic questions about hours and insurance, and text us a summary. It needs to handle English and Vietnamese naturally. Must sync with our scheduling system. Please tell us how you'd handle a caller the bot can't help.
