Project Description

Independent shop near the river. We have two years of POS and Shopify data and no real sense of what it's telling us beyond the totals. We'd like someone to clean it up and build a simple dashboard showing best sellers, repeat customers, and our slow stretches so we can plan staffing and ordering. Plain explanations over fancy charts, please. Point us at what actually matters.
