Set up a sales dashboard from our POS data

Project Description

We have years of sales data in our POS and Google Sheets but never look at it because it's a mess to pull. We'd like one dashboard that shows top products, slow days, and repeat-customer trends, refreshing on its own so it stays current. We don't need anything fancy, just the few numbers that help us order and staff better. Please tell us what you'd need access to and whether our current POS exports cleanly. Open to suggestions on what's worth tracking.
