After-sales follow-up and review requests for our auto shop

Independent repair shop in Newton. We want to text customers when their next service is due so they rebook with us instead of forgetting, and ask the happy ones for a Google review. Right now we do none of this and our review count shows it. We use shop management software and most customers are fine with text. Keep the monthly cost low — we're a small shop. If it works we'll add appointment reminders too. Punjabi-speaking customers are a big part of our base.
