Help digitizing our old import records

Project Description

Our family import business still keeps years of records in binders and an old desktop program. We want it all moved into something searchable so we can actually find past orders and suppliers. A lot of entries are in 中文 and must stay readable after the move. We're not looking for a giant rebuild, just to get the data into shape and maybe add some automation later. On-site work in Richmond preferred since the records can't leave the office.
