Website chatbot for our online store

Project Description

We run a small DTC brand on Shopify out of San Jose and get the same shipping, returns, and sizing questions all day long. We want a chatbot grounded strictly in our real policies so it does not make things up, with a clean handoff to email whenever it is unsure. It should match our site's look reasonably well. Quick turnaround would be appreciated, and please tell us roughly what ongoing monthly costs would look like.
