Chatbot for our online fashion store

Project Description

Small fashion brand shipping out of the Garment District. We get the same sizing, shipping, and returns questions all day, and it is exhausting our one support person. Looking for a chatbot grounded in our real policies, with a clean handoff to email when it does not know the answer. Bilingual English and Español would be a plus since a good chunk of our customers write in to us in Spanish. Quick turnaround appreciated.
